ANDY ASH REVIEWS
David Baird:- Cross Country Magazine August 2016
Andy Ash was the next act to take to our stage. He has had plenty of time to polish up his performance over the years and you are guaranteed a good night from him. We had some great guitar playing and lots of lovely music throughout the night, providing the dancers with plenty of opportunity to fill the floor.
Roger Bennett:- Cross Country Magazine June 2014
Andy ash is another guy that enjoys his time on stage, which comes over to his audience. He has a super country voice and can really play that guitar of his. He, like so many of the artists I book, is a lovely guy.
Jean Berry, Cross Country Magazine, April 2014
What a professional he is...he has a friendly and professional attitude both on and off stage and loves to mix with the audience. Andy is another artist who packs in the songs but inbetween, without wasting time, he still manages to announce what song is coming up and he adds lots of little anecdotes about the song or something relevant.
He included songs like Copperhead Road, Talk is Cheap, Disappearing Tailights and Rodney Crowell’s “Stars on the Water” and for the more traditional fans..you can’t get more traditional than “El Paso”.
Jean Corby, Cross Country Magazine, April 2014
Andy was performing good Country Music with a touch of humour to suite all tastes as we heard numbers by George Strait, Alan Jackson and Waylon Jennings. During his second number, “Pretty Good At Drinking Beer”, he walked round the room to get a look at his audience...what a great start to the evening. His guitar work is brilliant and playing his “Gordon-Smith” lead guitar through his excellent sound equipment was very professional and pleasing to the ear.
His second spot was just as enjoyable and his version of “Achy Breaky Heart” gave us a laugh throughout (you’ve got to see him to understand what I mean!)
His Country Music Show , along with his sense of humour, gave everyone a really first class night...I have never seen as many dancers on the floor at the club for a long time, we all loved every minute.

WYRE VALLEY CMC- OCT 2012 (SOUTHERN COUNTRY MAGAZINE)
WE STARTED OCTOBER WITH A COUNTRY MUSIC STAR BY THE NAME OF “ANDY ASH”. WELL NOT HAVING SEEN ANDY BEFORE, WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT, BUT TO SAY THIS GUY WAS BRILLIANT WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. TO SAY HE ENTERTAINED OUR MEMBERS AND VISITORS ALIKE IS REALLY TRUE. HE WAS EXCELLENT ON STAGE AND GAVE US 3 SUPERB SETS AND CHANGED FOR ALL THREE. HE CAME OUT INTO THE AUDIENCE AND HAD THE FLOOR FULL VIRTUALLY ALL NIGHT WITH PEOPLE SINGING, CLAPPING THEIR HANDS AND DANCING THE NIGHT AWAY.
ANDY, THANK YOU FOR A SUPER NIGHT OF COUNTRY MUSIC. WE ALL ENJOYED THE NIGHT AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
